    Coaching is delivered as as follows:

    • Sessions are conducted via Skype or with some limitations by phone (land line) to any of the following countries:

    Argentina, Belgium, China, Denmark, France, Guam, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, Puerto Rico, Slovakia, Switzerland, US, Australia, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Germany, Hong Kong, China, Israel, South Korea, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Spain, Taiwan, Austria, Chile, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, New, Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, United Kingdom

    Please note whilst this is a truly global offer I only speak English :-)

    • All clients complete an introductory questionnaire.

    • Coaching is in sessions of up to 45 minutes. Each session will address a certain aspect of your progress (or part thereof) and you can expect to be challenged on your progress and pushed to achieve the very best for you. This is your time and I will expect you to achieve great things so be prepared to work. The time of the session will be allocated based on availability (both yours and mine.) You must have at least 1 session every 2 weeks or forfeit a session. Coaching has a major influence on life and it is vital that momentum is created.
